How to Use the Elite Nutrition Eating Plan
THREE SIMPLE RULES
1. Each time you eat a meal, pick the majority of your meal from the High Consumption Food List (List #1). These are the foods you can eat in liberal amounts. They can be eaten often and in larger servings. It would be okay to have a full serving of these foods or a full plate.
2. You can pick some foods from the Moderation List (List #2). These are foods that can be eaten on a daily basis but only in moderate amounts. You would want to keep these foods to a smaller serving or a half serving.
3. Foods from the Avoid List (List #3) should really not be consumed at all. The Elite Nutrition Eating Plan does allow a Cheat Day once a week. This would be one day out of seven in which you would be allowed to eat anything from the Avoid List.
