Migraine Headaches is believed to be the result of blood flow changes and certain chemical changes in the brain leading to constriction of arteries supplying blood to the brain and the release of certain brain chemicals – that result in severe head pain, stomach upset, and visual disturbances. Migraines can be caused by hormonal imbalances, food allergies and chronic dehydration. Stress and habitual worrying can be large contributors, as well as environmental pollutants.
